Hi, I am trying to create a new Skype account. When I suggest a user name it says that has already been taken. So I keep trying their suggestions, and every time I use theirs it still says it has been taken and the name is getting longer and longer. I have tried this about 10 times. Do you know of a way to fix this?

Hi. On the link in the article above I can still see the form for making a skype registration, but it is possible that they are testing for part of the people to force the microsoft account so they see how we react. They really want everyone to make a microsoft account instead of Skype account.

Hi. You need to enter the text from the image above the box. This proves you are human and not automated software trying to register for spam purposes. If you do not see it you can reload to get a new one or even hear the text you need to write with the button next to it.

Hi. The field seems to work after you enter the email in the other field. If it did not work try reloading the page or use another browser.

Hi. After you enter the email in the first field, the second should automatically become active. It may have been some kind of problem and it could have remained inactive (gray). Try again with a different browser and if you are doing it from a phone, try from a desktop PC.

Hi sir, have try all my best to open skype account but i was not able to do so. He asked me to enter my e-mail, which i did at the first time, the second step i was not able to write anything in blank space. I press it, but it does not give me any result and the same time sir he ask me to repeat some thing again, which I did, but it was still the same thing. Sir i do not know what to do next, and what type of phone use skype.
